READY: $5 Beginners Workshop

This READY class introduces you to basic breathing techniques and postures. In this class designed for newbies, you will:

  • Learn the fundamentals of yoga flow
  • Explore how to align and adjust your body
  • Ask questions openly and freely in an interactive and small group
  • Prepare yourself to enter the other classes on our schedule! (Or, stick around for awhile. You never can be too READY.)

This class is great for beginners or those who want to have extra time for Q&A. Offered at a $5 introductory rate, this is an easy place to drop in and explore what the yoga practice is all about.
