Relational Yoga: Healing From Trauma

Trauma etches its stories on the body, leading to cycles of hypervigilance and dissociation. Over time, yoga and meditation can help rewrite stories of struggle and suffering to ones of growth. In this class we aim to use physical movement and breath awareness to help unite body and mind and increase feelings of presence.
