Admits one to the Saturday, October 26, 2019 Black Metal Brewery Yoga class at Earthbound Beer in St. Louis. Class starts at 10am, please arrive a few minutes early to sign in and roll out your mat.

The class is a 75-minute long vinyasa flow-based class to a heavy soundtrack. Please bring your own mat (we will not have spare mats!) and dress in layers. Feel free to bring props, many options are offered for an accessible, trauma informed class.
